DOTSHelp will be closed for the holiday break starting Wednesday, November 26, 2025 at 4:30pm through Sunday November 30, 2025.
Please note: All cases will be reviewed in the order received during business hours: Monday- Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm EST starting Monday, December 1, 2025.

An upcoming crane lift operation will impact parking availability on the Livingston campus, Sunday, November 16 from 6:30am - 10:30am.
RWJ Barnabas Health has initiated a multi-phase repair project at the Easton Avenue Parking Deck. The first phase began on October 13, 2025, focusing on the roof level, with primary work involving expansion-joint repairs.
Effective Wednesday, October 2, additional parking will be available for the Rutgers Newark Commuter East permit holders with the addition of a new parking deck on University Avenue.
Effective Fall 2025, Off-campus parking and Night Commuter permits will no longer be available.

The Department of Transportation Services (DOTS), Parking Services unit, launched a new and improved parking permit system on July 30.
Please be advised of the upcoming automatic renewal of Faculty/Staff parking permits for this fiscal year. This renewal, scheduled for July 1, will apply only to those who pay for their permits via pre-tax payroll deduction and are 12-month employees (Class 1).
